Cantina Valle Isarco (Kellerei Eisacktal) is a growers' cooperative in the Isarco Valley, the northernmost wine-growing area of Alto Adige, drawing on around 135 member families farming the region's steep, high-altitude vineyards.
Tasting Notes
100% Grüner Veltliner, hand-picked and fermented at controlled temperature with ten months' ageing on fine lees. Greenish to pale yellow, with a delicate, harmonious, fruity nose showing floral and herbal notes, and a pleasantly spiced, fresh, aromatic palate with a refined, persistent finish.
