Tsukasabotan Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. is located in Kochi Prefecture, a region known for producing crisp, dry sake styles. Yama-Yuzu Shibori is a low-alcohol (8% ABV) sake-based liqueur made with naturally grown mountain yuzu ("yamayuzu"), blending 10% yuzu juice with junmai sake and sugar, with no added flavorings, colorings, acidulants or preservatives.
