Sun Goddess is singer-songwriter Mary J. Blige's collaboration with the Fantinel family, longtime producers in Friuli Venezia Giulia. This Ramato-style Pinot Grigio is made by macerating the must on its skins, a traditional technique that gives the wine its coppery-pink hue, ranging from semi-pale pink to dark orange depending on maceration time.
Tasting Notes
A beautiful pinkish tinge in the glass, with an intense, complex bouquet of peach, melon and blackberry. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with pleasant acidity, soft tannins and a mineral-rich finish.
