Profile & Story
Paco & Lola is the largest cooperative in DO Rias Baixas, founded in 2005 by around twenty growers in Val do Salnes and known for its distinctive polka-dot bottle. This 100% Albarino is fermented in stainless steel at 16C for 21 days and aged on its fine lees through stabilization and bottling (13% ABV).
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish, bright and clear tones. Citric aromas of grapefruit and lime mingle with white flowers, acacia, orange blossom and an intense note of lychee. Fresh, citric and fruity on the palate, with an elegant, slightly bitter finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Ideal with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice, white meats and seafood.
