Bacchus was created by New York sommelier David Gordon (Tribeca Grill) as an affordable, consistently well-made line sourced from grower relationships in Monterey. "Ginger's Cuvee" Pinot Noir: fruit from Monterey, 50% fermented in tank / 50% in neutral oak, aged 10 months in large neutral oak, 13.8% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Dark ruby color. Light to medium bodied with aromas and flavors of raspberry, tart cherry, and spice with a touch of earth. Supple and balanced with a smooth finish.
