Profile & Story

Daniel and Jonas Brand are fifth-generation winemakers farming 16 hectares on the Bockenheim hillside in the northern Pfalz, on loam and shell-limestone soils, and have grown organically since 2007. Haus Weiss is their blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner, made in a simple style with short maceration, wild-yeast fermentation, and lees aging.
