Raventos i Blanc is a family estate that has grown grapes on the same land in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia since 1497, and was the first Cava house to break away from the DO Cava and create its own single-estate appellation, Conca del Riu Anoia, farmed biodynamically. 'L'Hereu' Blanc de Blancs is their flagship Extra Brut, a traditional-method sparkling wine made from the estate's own Xarel-lo-led blend of native Penedes grapes.
