Hess Maverick Ranches Cabernet Sauvignon is named in honor of our founder, Donald Hess's maverick spirit. Each glass is full-bodied and lush. Aromas of red cherries meld with flavors of velvety, dark chocolate.
Tasting Notes
With intense aromas of bright red cherry and raspberry, followed by notes of cedar and black pepper, this wine captures the essence of Paso Robles. A bold entrance of berry compote accompanied by layers of juicy, full raspberry notes are complimented by the smooth tannins and lasting finish of chocolate and roasted espresso.
