Bacardí was founded in 1862 by Don Facundo Bacardí Massó after ten years spent perfecting his rum, and today the brand distills at Casa Bacardí in Puerto Rico, described as the world's largest premium rum distillery. Bacardí Superior, the original expression Facundo introduced, is a light, aromatically balanced rum built as "the first mixable rum," designed to blend cleanly into cocktails without overpowering other flavors.
Tasting Notes
