Feudo Montoni is a historic estate in the Sicilian interior near Cammarata, farmed on calcareous-clay soils by the Sireci family across three generations, now led by Fabio Sireci. Rose di Adele takes its name from a rose garden Fabio's father Elio dedicated to his wife Adele. It is 100% Nerello Mascalese, aged sur lie with batonnage in cement vats for added texture. ABV approx. 13.5%.
Tasting Notes
Light pink 'onion-skin' color with bronze reflections. Floral and mineral aromas of rose petal, violet and strawberry over a base of straw; fresh acidity, pleasant structure, citrus notes and a persistent finish.
