Mas d'Agalis is Lionel Maurel's family estate in Nebian, Herault, in the Languedoc -- a fourth-generation grower farming organically after stints with leading names in French natural wine. 'Yo No Puedo Mas' blends Carignan (from 70-year-old terraced vines), Syrah and Cinsault, made in an 'infusion' style with gentle, light extraction to preserve freshness.
Tasting Notes
Bright red fruit and spicy edges with a proper garrigue herbal complexity; juicy and fresh, with well-integrated, easy tannins from the old-vine fruit and gentle extraction.
