Weingut Pittnauer is the Gols, Burgenland estate of Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer, farmed with an uncompromising natural, low-intervention philosophy since Gerhard took over the family winery as a teenager. Pitt Nat Blanc is a petillant-naturel Gemischter Satz (mixed field-blend) of white grapes, partially fermented in stainless steel with fermentation finishing in bottle (methode ancestrale, no dosage). ABV approx. 10.5%.
Tasting Notes
An inviting range of aromas -- herbs, pineapple, nutmeg and nectarine -- carried by vibrant, natural bottle-fermented carbonation. Light, graceful body with a dynamic, fruit-forward finish.
