Unveiled in 1968 in its distinctive shield-shaped bottle, Cuvée Rosé was Laurent-Perrier's bold, category-defining rosé Champagne, crafted using the rare technique of macerating whole Pinot Noir grapes rather than blending in still red wine.
Tasting Notes
Color shifts naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon pink. A precise, extraordinarily fresh nose of raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry leads to a fresh, sharp attack that is supple and rounded, like plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries.
