Paolo Saracco is regarded as the "Master of Moscato," a leading champion of Moscato d'Asti in Piedmont's Castiglione Tinella, where the Saracco family has grown Moscato grapes since the early 1900s. Paolo joined the family winery in 1988 and helped establish DOCG status for the appellation, setting the quality benchmark for the region.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with greenish hues and fine perlage. A bouquet of intense orange blossom, peach and thyme leads to an elegant, lingering palate of sweet, ripe fruit balanced by fresh acidity.
