Profile & Story
Since Italian immigrant Edoardo Seghesio arrived in Sonoma County in 1886, the Seghesio family name has become synonymous with old-vine Zinfandel and Italian varietal wines. Today the estate farms 300 sustainably managed acres across the Alexander, Russian River and Dry Creek valleys. The Sonoma County Zinfandel is crafted from more than 150 individual lots harvested across the county, fermented separately and masterfully blended.
Tasting Notes
Luscious black raspberry and mixed berry pie aromas, with a soft entry lifted by subtle baking spices and brambly heather, supported by pliable tannins and a gentle lift of acidity on the finish.
