Aubert Wines is a boutique Sonoma Coast and Napa Valley estate founded by Mark Aubert, focused on single-vineyard, site-specific Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The UV-SL Vineyard, planted with the late vineyard manager Ulises Valdez Sr. (source of the 'UV' initials), lies just six miles from the Pacific Ocean on largely Goldridge soils; the 2023 UV-SL Chardonnay was ranked #2 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 of 2025.
