For more than three generations, Domaine Delaunay has crafted pure, vibrant Muscadets in Le Loroux-Bottereau; Florent Delaunay took over the 30-hectare domaine in 2020. 'Le Val-Fleuri' is a 100% Melon de Bourgogne Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine sur lie, pneumatically pressed, cold-settled, fermented at controlled temperature, and aged on its lees for six months in concrete vats.
