The Clos de la Coulée de Serrant has its own AOC and is entirely owned by the Joly family; considered one of the greatest dry white wines of France, it is made from Chenin Blanc grown on 7 hectares of vines aged 40 to 50 years on steep, south-facing slopes of shale and quartz that have remained under vine since 1130. The estate has been biodynamic since 1984. The 2023 vintage yielded 32 hl/ha after a harvest running from early September to mid-October with meticulous berry selection.
