Frozza is a small, family-run estate in Colbertaldo di Vidor, in the hills of the Valdobbiadene DOCG, an area recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family has been growing vines and making wine here since 1870, working within the historic Conegliano Valdobbiadene appellation to express the character of this unique hillside terrain. Their Col dell'Orso bottling is a Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore made from Glera grapes grown on the estate's hillside vineyards, vinified in the Charmat method to preserve the grape's natural fruit and floral character. It is also produced in a 1.5L Magnum format.
