Caposaldo markets this rosé as part of its "Benchmark of Italian Wines" collection from the Veneto. Prosecco Rosé was only permitted under Italian law starting in 2019, and this wine draws its pink hue from a touch of Pinot Nero skin contact blended with Glera.
