Elena Walch is based in Tramin, Alto Adige, with additional vineyards at Castel Ringberg in Caldaro. This rosé is made using the classic saignee method, with the must held briefly on the skins before fermenting in steel tanks at a controlled 26 degrees C.
Tasting Notes
Charming salmon tones lead to pronounced aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and citrus, with a fine texture and a lively, fresh, juicy character.
