Feudo Maccari is based in Noto, in southeastern Sicily. This rosé is made from a brief maceration, just a few hours, on Nero d'Avola skins, with maturation in steel.
Tasting Notes
Pale rosé in color, with an intense nose of pineapple and raspberry; the palate is balanced, savory, fresh, and dry, with delicate fruitiness and an easy-drinking character.
Pairing Recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif or served with pesce azzurro (oily blue fish), suited to classic Sicilian fish-based cooking.
