The wine is named for a rose garden planted by owner Fabio Sircei's father for his wife, Adele, as a tribute to the family's history. It is made using cryomaceration to preserve purity and freshness, then aged six months sur lie with batonnage in cement. 13.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
A light "onion-skin" pink with bronze reflections, showing aromas of pink rose petal and violet alongside straw, brine, fennel seed, blackberry, pomegranate, and strawberry; the palate offers pleasant astringency, good structure, freshness, and persistence with a savory finish.
