Grgich Hills Estate, in St. Helena, was founded with equal representation from Mike Grgich and Austin Hills. This Chardonnay is fermented and aged 10 months in French oak and does not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving its natural acidity.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of honey, ginger, and key lime lead to a palate of fresh citrus, lime, and star fruit, followed by ginger and white pepper on the finish.
