The Jeio label honors Desiderio Bisol, credited as "the father of the current generation of Bisol" and dedicated to acquiring only the steepest vineyard plots; the Bisol family is regarded as the founding family of Prosecco Superiore in the Veneto. This Brut is made via the Martinotti (tank) method, with a secondary fermentation of at least 30 days in stainless steel, from vines 5 to 10 years old grown in the area's marl and clay soils. 11.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw-yellow color with a fine, lively perlage; the nose is intense and fresh with citrus fruit and saline notes, leading to a fruit-forward, refreshing palate.
