Wolffer Estate Vineyard, based in Sagaponack, New York, built this cuvee on the success of its Hamptons and Mendoza roses, sourcing the fruit from Cotes de Provence, which the winery calls "the rose heart of the world." 12.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon in color with a light rose hue; delicate fruit aromas show hints of herbs, cranberry, and red currant, leading to a playful yet balanced and rich mouthfeel with lush fruit, smooth tannin structure, refreshing acidity, and classic minerality.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs with seafood, chicken, turkey, veal, pork, and even spicy dishes, as well as charcuterie and cheese, and classically, bouillabaisse.
