Chateau Doisy-Vedrines is a 51-hectare Grand Cru Classe (1855) estate on the 'Haut-Barsac' terroir, neighboring Chateaux Climens and Coutet. Botrytis-affected grapes are hand-harvested over successive selective passes, and the blend is predominantly Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle, aged 18 months in oak barriques.
