Dila-O is a small-production Saperavi from Georgia's Kakheti region, made using the traditional qvevri method.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of violets and plums give way to dark, brambly fruit with a touch of black pepper and earthiness; fermented in qvevri, unfiltered and low-sulfite.
