Profile & Story

Nessun Dorma is produced by Mattia Montanari under the Emilio label in the Lambrusco di Modena DOC, blending Grasparossa and Salamino grapes. The wine ages on its fine lees for six months, well beyond the three weeks typical of most Lambrusco, and is certified organic.

Tasting Notes

Clean and polished, with black cherry character and subtle notes of earth, plum, cigar and nutmeg; fresh acidity, tannic structure and fine, persistent bubbles.
