MacRostie's Sonoma Coast Chardonnay draws fruit from several cool-climate vineyards across Sonoma County, including Sangiacomo and Hi Vista in Carneros, Dutton and Martinelli family sites in the Russian River Valley, and Steve MacRostie's own Wildcat Mountain Vineyard in the Petaluma Gap.
Tasting Notes
A fragrant nose of pineapple, mango and guava carries through to a palate of tropical fruit and lively citrus-lime, with hints of toast and butter from French oak aging.
