Profile & Story
Marenco is a family estate in Strevi, in the heart of Moscato country. Scrapona comes from a vineyard planted in 1996 on marl-and-sand soils with southwestern exposure, certified organic, hand-harvested and gently pressed with no added sugars.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow to golden yellow, with floral, apricot, pear and tropical fruit aromas; pleasantly sweet without being cloying, with a fresh, mineral finish.
Pairing Recommendation
All desserts, especially hazelnut sweets, amaretti and zabaglione; also good with fresh cheeses, fried foods, or as an aperitif.
