Pikasi is a negociant project from Slovenian winemaker Matic Rodica and Vipava Valley grower Petr Stegovec, producing naturally fermented wines from indigenous varieties in the Primorska region.
Tasting Notes
Opaque gold with a slight haze; intense aromas of green apple, white roses and dried thyme lead to a silky, juicy palate of baked apple and baking spice, lifted by bright acidity and moderate tannins.
Pairing Recommendation
Spaghetti and clams, lemon caper veal, or spicy tuna roll with seaweed salad.
