Profile & Story
Prima Piuma is a small estate in Montaldo di Cerrina, in the Piemonte hills of Alessandria, run by winemaker Summer Wolff. This Grignolino, Lino, comes from eight-year-old vines at 240 meters, fermented in stainless steel with a five-day maceration and aged in cement.
Tasting Notes
Pale, translucent ruby, with aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and white pepper; light-bodied and lively, with slightly grippy tannins and a dry, spicy finish.
