Quinta do Montalto is a historic estate in Lisboa, Portugal, where winemaker Andre Gomes-Pereira rescued century-old vineyards from abandonment. Nao Condenado Branco is made from Fernao Pires using natural, low-intervention methods: hand-harvested fruit ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in open-top concrete tanks and is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
