Domaine de Beaurenard is a family estate of the Coulons, eight generations farming 33.5 hectares at the heart of Chateauneuf-du-Pape on white limestone facing the Rhone; the site takes its name from an old place-name, Bois Reynard, later softened to Beaurenard. The estate is certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter), with Antonin Coulon, Daniel's son, joining the family operation in 2017.
