Profile & Story
Patrizi is a Piedmont label of the Manfredi family, who have farmed vineyards in the Langhe since 1930; the estate is run today by Aldo Manfredi with his wife Gianfranca and their daughters. This Gavi del Comune di Gavi is 100% Cortese, grown within the commune of Gavi itself.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with delicate greenish highlights. The nose is intense, long and persistent, very fresh and fruity, recalling honey after some time in the glass. Fresh and harmonious on the palate with moderate acidity, finishing with almond and hazelnut.
Pairing Recommendation
Goes well with any meal, especially white meats, fish and seafood; also ideal as an aperitif and after dinner.
