Beautifully elegant and arresting rare Georgian indigenous grape variety KISI is from the East Part of Georgia. Using Georgian ancient traditional technology – buried clay vessel in ground called “Qvevri” fermentation process of 14 days, grape remains after the fermentation is finished to the wine for 6 more months. Notes of dried chamomile and saffron. Serious and intense, but very pure. Multiple international awards testify. Long and direct finish.
