Burnarj is billed as the world's first premium sparkling wine handcrafted with 100% freshly picked Spanish Andalusian oranges, made in the Guadalquivir Valley (Córdoba) using an old family recipe and a patented in-bottle second-fermentation process. 11% ABV; no additives, colorings or flavorings; non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free.
Tasting Notes
Golden yellow with clean, bright, continuous strings of fine bubbles; a light orange complexity enhanced by the second fermentation in the bottle; light and airy on the palate with dry, fresh, soft acidity and a balanced finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Great for celebrations and brunch (natural mimosas) and in mixology; pairs with many dishes and is especially good with desserts. Serve at 39–42°F.
