Bikicki, founded by Djordje Bikicki, is one of Serbia's leading natural-wine producers, with vineyards on the northern slopes of Fruska Gora. Sfera takes its name from the spherical clay vessels ('sfera') in which it ferments. It is a biodynamically farmed white built largely on Sauvignon Blanc, with just a touch of skin contact lending depth; it is unfined and unfiltered.
