Roxanich, Mladen Rozanic's natural-wine house in Motovun in western Istria, named Petra for his daughter, who also painted the labels. Petra is a historic first: a half-and-half blend of Plavac Mali from Dingac on the Peljesac coast and the ancient Istrian grape Teran. Each is aged separately for four years, the Plavac in old 225-litre barrique and 500-litre tonneau, the Teran in large old oak, then blended about six months before bottling. Unfiltered; 13% alcohol.
