Grape varieties: 100% Syrah. Soil: Volcanic. Volcanic. Lightly eroded clay formed by basalt. High levels of carbonate and limestone. Deep volcanic tuff. Vinification: Early morning hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes. The manual selection table was done twice. Micro vinification in 400kg bins, fermentation and maceration with controlled temperature for 22 days.
