Founded in 1978, Wagner Vineyards Estate Winery sits on the east shore of Seneca Lake and is known for its distinctive octagonal winery building; all of its wines are estate-grown. The 2022 Cabernet Franc was fermented on the skins until dry with complete malolactic fermentation and aged 12 months in French and American oak (harvested Oct 12, 2022; pH 3.5; under 13% ABV).
