Profile & Story
Syrocco was founded by the late Rhone vigneron Alain Graillot of Crozes-Hermitage, now run by his sons Maxime and Antoine, in partnership with the historic Thalvin winery (est. 1920s) in the Zenata region of Morocco, between Casablanca and Rabat. This 100% organic Syrah comes from 25+ year old vines grown in sandy shale and gravel terroir near the Atlantic coast.
Tasting Notes
Bright blue fruit with a touch of fresh-cut green pepper on the palate, grippy tannins and classic Rhone-derived structure, shaped by Morocco's warm days and cool coastal nights.
