Les Pierres Grises is a Skurnik-exclusive Saint-Veran cuvee from Domaine Delaye in the village of Davaye, in Burgundy's Maconnais. The name refers to the grey limestone rock that defines the local terrain. Made from 100% Chardonnay off 25+ year old vines at 200m altitude, fermented and aged using indigenous yeast in 80% stainless steel and 20% barrel.
