Profile & Story
Sant'Or is a family-owned winery in the historic village of Santomeri, Achaia, 30km from Patras, led by grower Panagiotis Dimitropoulos -- the first Demeter-certified biodynamic winery in Greece. This skin-contact Roditis is spontaneously fermented in 200-year-old reclaimed amphorae with an 18-day maceration, then matured 6 months in an outdoor buried amphora.

An amphora-aged orange wine with the textural grip and savory character skin contact and clay give the pink-skinned Roditis grape.
