Shvo Vineyards is an estate winery founded in 2007 by winemaker Gaby Sadan in Jish (Gush Halav), Upper Galilee (see the estate's Sauvignon Blanc for full background). This rose blends 50% Barbera, 35% Grenache and 15% Mourvedre: destemmed and gently crushed directly into the press at low pressure for delicate free-run juice, naturally fermented at 18C, and aged 6 months on fine lees in concrete and stainless steel.
