About the Wine

Our whole production is biodynamic and certified with the prestigious DEMETER label. We let the vines grow on ancient sites around the historical UNESCO town of Kutna Hora, near Prague. We work without causing harm to the environment, sustaining the health of our plants with herbal extracts that we produce ourselves. Our activities improve the quality of the soil. All our wines ferment spontaneously. We work with fine lees to protect and heal them and minimize the use of sulphur. White wines are usually bottled after a gentle filtration, whereas reds are bottled unfiltered. Every bottle contains beneficial substances and is true to its terroir.

Pairing Recommendation

A Pinot Noir with a full ruby color and classic aromatics of chocolate, cranberries, almonds, and forest fruits pairs well with roasted duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, and mild cheeses like Gruyère or Camembert.
