Diora is the culmination of a thirty-year vineyard-to-bottle journey at the family-owned San Bernabe Vineyard in Monterey, California, begun in 2000 when winemaker James Ewart arrived from Australia to lead the project. This Chardonnay, 'La Splendeur du Soleil,' draws roughly 80% from San Bernabe and 20% from the Santa Lucia Highlands, aged fourteen months in barrel, about 45% new French oak.
