Paladin is a family-run winery based in Annone Veneto, in Italy's Veneto region, rooted in the local viticultural tradition of the Prosecco DOC zone. This Prosecco Millesimato is made from handpicked Glera grapes, vinified using the Charmat method with a second fermentation held at a controlled 13°C to build a fine, persistent perlage.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is distinctly fruity, with apple and pear character and a delicate hint of citrus blending into floral notes. The palate is soft and elegant, sapid and lively, with moderate alcohol keeping each sip light.
Pairing Recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif, and a natural match for fish appetizers and risotto.
