Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, founded in Haro in 1924, produces this 100% Tempranillo Crianza from Rioja Alta, vinifying individual plots separately before blending, then aging fourteen months in American oak.
Tasting Notes
Ripe blackberry and dark plum aromas layered with balsamic and peppery undertones, plus vanilla, coconut and bay leaf from the oak. The palate is fresh and juicy, with concentrated black fruit and smooth, fine-grained tannins.

Pairs well with grilled lamb, Manchego cheese, or chorizo and cured Ibérico ham.
